"Yadkin Path is a very fulfilling place to work. Not only is this an excellent place to nurture children's growth and development, but the staff as well. I have grown and learned so much here, both personally and professionally. There is such a culture of respect here; it's not like my experience at a traditional childcare center, where there were often cliques among the employees or where the administration seemed to be above coming into a classroom. The staff here (at all levels) truly care about each other and are always willing to lend a hand. A huge bonus for me is that my children are able to attend this amazing school with me and receive a wonderful Montessori education. Yadkin Path is by far the best place I've ever worked. I can't imagine myself working anywhere else!"
