Elementary Program
Ages 6-12
About
Students in elementary ages are considered to be in the second plane of development, learning shifts to a steadier, more intentional pace, children become increasingly concerned with social interactions, and develop a more global sense of awareness. Interest-fueled learning is proven by research to be more effective for synthesis, mastery and retention than traditional methods.

Lower Elementary is for 6 – 9-year-olds. Rather than confining learning to single “grade years,” learning is spread over the course of 3 years based upon natural cycles of interest and development. For example, a 1st Year student may be learning “3rd grade” material because she is ready and interested, while a 3rd Year student might explore “2nd grade” material, per his unique learning timetable.
Upper Elementary is for 9 – 12-year-olds. Upper Elementary is about learning through experience and contextual relationships, rather than dissemination of isolated facts from a pre-selected curriculum.
